Note

When ordering via email or Fax be sure to include the Name, Address, City, State, Zip Code, Phone number, Fax Number and Email address. Orders will not be processed until we receive all information. A Fox Paper Sales Representative will contact you to expedite your order.

Orders are accepted via phone Monday through Friday between 9am and 6pm EST. or via fax and email anytime but if orders are placed after 6PM EST on Fridays they will not be processed until Monday at the opening of business EST.

Products are sold in case lots only we will not split cases. The minimum order is one case. For your convenience we accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Back Orders

Fox Paper will only honor back orders with the customers' authorization.

Freight

All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service, Common Carrier or one of our In House Delivery Team. Ask your Fox Paper Sales Representative for shipping rates. For an additional charge, UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3rd Day Select are also available upon request. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours.

Exceptions

Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST Friday through Sunday will be processed at the opening of business on Monday morning EST.

Military Bases, Alaska, and Hawaii will ship via United States Post Office and we will need to add $15.00 for insurance, and return receipt fees to the charges.

Oversized or excessive weight packages may incur additional charges.

Orders will not be sent to P.O. Boxes.

Returns

Merchandise may not be returned without prior authorization by a Fox Paper representative. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You are responsible for return freight charges on all merchandise unless the items were sent to you in error on our part. Fox Paper will not accept any C.O.D. returns. Returned goods must be in sellable condition AND in the original packaging in full case quantity. If the goods are not in the original package, full case and in sellable condition you will not be refunded.

Colors

The Colors shown throughout our website are the closest match possible however; they may vary slightly from the sample shown. If you are in doubt about a color please call 1-800-369-3263 and request a sample, we will be happy to mail it to you at no charge. We will not accept any returns for colors being off a shade.

Damages and Shortages

All damages and shortages must be reported to us within 48 hours. Any damaged goods must be held by you until all claims are settled. All terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
